Tailored Tree Care is a professional tree pruning and removal service covering Greater Geelong and the surrounding areas of Bannockburn. Our goal at Tailored Tree Care is to consistently deliver a personalised service of the highest standard.
Founded by Michael Paunovich, the business is built on a strong foundation of both respect and integrity which is described in our “vision statement”.
We strive to be the best in our field, in both the practical aspect of what is involved with tree work, and also how we correspond with our clients. It’s simple - our goal is a 5 star service and anything less is seen as a failure.
We love trees and the benefits they provide for us. We always encourage our clients to keep the trees they have and allow us to manage them properly and only to remove their trees when necessary.

How we deal with our clients is what makes us different. At it’s core, Tailored Tree care is not a company, it's a group of people working together to achieve the best outcome for our client, for nature and ourselves as a team.

We understand that if someone were to work on our property, we would want it looked after. With our skill set and teamwork, we have the capability to get the job done with minimal impact on the property, often leaving the site cleaner than how we found it!

This is what we mean by respect and integrity being the foundation of the business. We respect our clients and their property and operate with integrity being satisfied in knowing that at the end of the day, we have completed our job to the highest standard.
HOW WE PRICE YOUR PROJECT
Each job can be vastly different to another. Many factors go into pricing our jobs, for example: A 5m Pear tree in an open location could take half an hour to remove, whereas a 5m Pear tree in a more difficult to access location could take a few hours to remove.
Some trees require lowering branches to the ground with rigging equipment as opposed to cutting the branches and letting them drop freely. Rigging is a very time consuming and technical aspect of the job, therefore it also is factored into the quote. Many other aspects are involved in quoting tree pruning and removal work which is why we choose to meet our clients at the site to discuss the trees.

With this in mind, we like to keep things simple and give our clients a guaranteed set price for the job. When we quote a job, the price doesn’t change no matter how long it takes to complete. This gives our clients the security of knowing the job will be done for the price agreed on. We very rarely price jobs per hour as this does not give our clients the guarantee that they want.
